This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering end-to-end (360) recruitment for experienced hires (permanent roles)Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and prioritiesDeveloping and delivering recruitment plansCreating and managing job adverts across appropriate channelsLonglisting and shortlisting CVs against role requirementsArranging and coordinating interviews, supporting managers through the processManaging candidate workflows via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - ideally TribePadAbout YouProven experience in internal talent acquisition or in-house recruitmentStrong background in experienced-hire permanent recruitment, managing roles from brief to offerConfident stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience using an ATS, preferably TribePadPublic Sector recruitment experience would be advantageous, but is not essentialIdeally based in the West Midlands, with the flexibility to attend ..... full job details .....
