Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Worcester (hybrid working) Salary: up to £38,000 per annum subject to experience plus excellent benefits including employee discount! Taking full ownership of the recruitment cycle, as Talent Acquisition Partner, you''ll have the opportunity to design leading recruitment processes, embed best practice and elevate hiring outcomes. You''ll directly impact business growth, culture and success by ensuring the right people join the business!As Talent Acquisition Partner, main responsibilities will include: Taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding.Design and build simple, scalable hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.Coach and upskill hiring managers on interview best practices, inclusive hiring techniques and candidate assessment frameworks.Work with the existing HR team to embed recruitment best practices.Elevate the candidate experience wherever possible.Investigate proactive sourcing methods to open talent pools. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles.Track hiring outcomes and use data to continuously improve time-to-hire and quality of hire metrics.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, data privacy ..... full job details .....
