Talent Acquisition Partner Education Sector Coventry Hybrid role Client Details Michael Page are excited to partner with growing organisation in the Education Sector to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner, based from the Head Office in Coventry. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days onsite per week. Description The role of Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role to support with the growth and development of this UK-wide organisation. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle to attract talented teachers, support staff and corporate professionals who make a valuable difference to the students every day. This will include but not limited to: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices. Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve processes. Promote the organisation''s mission and values to potential candidates.
