I am currently supporting a tech organisation find a TA Partner to join their organisation, this role is 5 days onsite. This role is on the Victoria line.About the Job:This is a hands-on standalone Talent Acquisition Partner role, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment. You''ll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.Duties will include:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across business functionsPartnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and build robust hiring plansAdvising on recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies, and market insightsBuilding strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and talent poolingEnsuring a seamless and positive candidate journey from application to onboardingSupporting employer branding initiatives and process improvementsAbout the Successful Applicant:You''ll have 5+ years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
