You''ll work alongside your business area(s) to understand their business strategy, workforce challenges and future talent needs, using your TA expertise, market insight and data to shape the right recruitment and talent solutions.You''ll be a trusted adviser to your business area (IT, Central Technical and Central Engineering) building credibility, influencing decisions, challenging constructively and bringing an informed external talent market perspective to the table.What you''ll be doingBuild trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues, becoming a credible Talent Acquisition Business Partner who understands the priorities, challenges and future talent needs of your client group.Partner with the business beyond individual vacancies, ..... full job details .....
