Talent Acquisition Partner London Based 45,000- 50,000 per year Change-IT are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a Public Body based in London. This role will operate on a hybrid model, where you will roughly spend 40% of your time on-site. This is a Permanent role, looking to pay between 45,000- 50,000 annually. Experience Required: Proven experience of Talent Acquisition within an internal environment Experience of recruiting the the IT/Digital space, particularly within Change/Transformation/Project Management. Can manage large volumes of requirements at a time. Effective Sourcing Understanding and capability: experience of fully utilising ATS system and can use creative and effective ways to source candidates. Experience of using different selection/assessment techniques. Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, can influence decision-making up to Director and C-Suite levels. Experience of working to tight deadlines and against budget. Any experience of working in a Public Sector, Regulator or Financial Services environment is highly desirable.
