We''re looking for a dedicated, process driven, results focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our energetic and client focused Talent Acquisition Operations team. What you''ll do Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, this is often high volume so you''ll need to be comfortable handling multiple requests Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System; Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner What we''re looking for You''ll have exceptional organisational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads and able to prioritise your own workload You''ll be an excellent communicator and able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates You pay close attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
