THE OPPORTUNITY Volta''s first AI factory is a 133MW site in Norway built on NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems, with a contracted power pipeline of more than 1GW across Europe and North America behind it. Delivering that means hiring project directors, design managers, construction leaders and specialist engineers at a pace most companies never attempt. This role sits within WNTD''s dedicated RPO team, embedded directly into Volta as a true extension of the business. As a Talent Partner, you will run searches across Volta''s data centre design and construction organisation in Europe finding, engaging and securing the people who will design, build and commission these sites.
