Talent Acquisition Manager - Belfast - Exclusive opportunityMCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across the UK and Europe as they look to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.The role:You''ll lead the day-to-day performance of the division, balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on commercial approach. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you''ll focus on growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, improving operational performance and developing a high-performing team.This role is based on-site in Northern Ireland four days per week, and applicants must be able to meet this working pattern.
