Purpose of the Job To lead and deliver Felix''s direct recruitment strategy, attracting, sourcing and securing exceptional talent across the organisation. The role will reduce reliance on agency recruitment, enhance cost-effectiveness, and build hiring capability by partnering with and developing Hiring Managers to make confident, inclusive and effective recruitment decisions. Duties and Responsibilities Your normal duties and responsibilities will be set out in your job description. However, the charity may require you to perform other duties from time to time. Responsible for the recruitment of all roles across the charity in all functions, leading recruitment briefing sessions with Hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
