This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave, for up to one year. Purpose of this role The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruitment function, ensuring the organisation attracts, engages, and hires the best talent to meet current and future business needs. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the talent acquisition team, and driving initiatives that enhance employer branding and candidate experience. Your key responsibilities are Lead and manage the talent acquisition (TA) team, providing guidance, development, coaching and performance oversight.
