We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to head the attraction, engagement and recruitment of high-calibre professionals across our business. This is not a traditional internal recruitment role. We are seeking a proactive recruiter who thrives on identifying, headhunting and securing exceptional talent, particularly experienced recruiters and emerging leaders who can drive the next phase of our growth.The role builds upon the responsibilities of our current in-house recruitment function, including candidate attraction, talent pooling, employer branding and workforce planning.
