This is a highly visible role that sits at the centre of attracting, hiring, and supporting talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, driving operational excellence, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and advancing inclusive hiring practices. The role combines leadership responsibility, programme management, and operational oversight, providing an opportunity to influence both recruitment outcomes and the overall candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Leadership and DeliveryLead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.Drive consistency, quality, and best practice across end-to-end recruitment delivery.Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring priorities.Monitor recruitment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support the team in managing complex and business-critical recruitment campaigns.Foster a collaborative, high-performing recruitment culture focused on service excellence.
