The role is offered on a permanent basis, that will be on a 50% hybrid basis. The Workforce Specialist will provide support to the whole life cycle of the contingent worker process, this will be initially to focus on the UK, adapting further to cover locations across Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various workstreams relating to the organisations workforce, and helping to ensure process, compliance and governance is adhered to.
