This role involves everything from sourcing and screening candidates to coordination and successful onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.Day-to-day of the role:Identify suitable candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.Conduct initial CV sifts, right to work checks, and reference collection.Maintain and update the candidate tracker consistently.Draft and post job adverts ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts.Provide recruitment updates to Directors and adhere to the recruitment strategy.Assist with job descriptions, new starter checklists, and recruitment documentation.Build relationships with recruiters and educational institutions.Organise and attend careers fairs and support apprentices and graduates.Conduct inductions and organise new starter equipment for various offices.Suggest improvements to social media campaigns and provide administrative support as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:Recruitment experience.Knowledge of UK recruitment processes and employment practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft packages.HR or recruitment certification is beneficial but not ..... full job details .....
