Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Peterborough - Law FirmFull Time Permanent Office Based An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the HR team of a successful and growing law firm in Peterborough. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will support recruitment activity across the firm, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and external recruitment agencies to ensure vacancies progress efficiently from initial approval through to appointment and onboarding. The position would suit someone with experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment agency environment who enjoys managing multiple vacancies and delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The Role As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy management, candidate attraction and sourcing, interview coordination, selection, pre-employment checks and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team, ensuring recruitment processes remain organised, consistent and efficient.
