This is a fully remote opportunity, although occasional travel to site may be required.This role is ideal for a highly organised recruitment professional with strong administrative skills and prior experience supporting a busy talent acquisition function.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide recruitment administration support across the hiring processCoordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholdersPrepare and process offer paperwork accurately and efficientlySupport onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experienceAssist with candidate sourcing when requiredMaintain accurate records and updates within the recruitment systemKey RequirementsPrevious experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or recruitment administration roleStrong experience coordinating interviews and managing hiring documentationExperience supporting onboarding and offer management processesAbility to assist with sourcing activity when neededMust have experience using WorkdayExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailAble to work independently in a remote environmentMust be available immediately and able to commit to the entire length of the assignment.If you are an immediately available recruitment coordinator with Workday ..... full job details .....
