This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate and client management side of recruitment, taking ownership of vacancies from brief through to offer stage, without the pressure of generating new business. Working on predominantly mid to senior-level sales opportunities, you''ll partner closely with clients and candidates, ensuring each recruitment process is managed professionally, efficiently and with complete control throughout. You''ll take full ownership of the recruitment process once a vacancy has been secured, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while managing expectations and driving successful outcomes.
