      <description>Location: Andover | Salary: &amp;pound;35000/annum | Type: Permanent | Talent Acquisition Coordinator- 6 Month FTC    Hybrid | Andover Area | 2-3 Days Onsite   We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing in-house recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR experience who enjoys delivering a great candidate experience while supporting hiring activity across multiple functions.   Key Responsibilities    Screen applications and manage candidates through the recruitment process.  Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records within the ATS.  Support hiring managers with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration.  Manage recruitment enquiries and ensure vacancies are advertised effectively.  Assist with assessment processes, reporting and recruitment data analysis.  Create and post employer branding and social media content.
