Talent Acquisition (Sourcer) 6 month contract Cambridge, (4 days per week on site) inside IR35 We''re looking for a skilled talent sourcer to join our clients recruiting team as a true strategic partner. You''ll be on the front line of talent acquisition; building pipelines, delivering market insights, and shaping how they attract and engage exceptional people. What you''ll do Act as a trusted sourcing advisor to recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners across a key business unit. Use advanced passive search techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ/Gem, GitHub, Google Scholar) to source senior talent for niche and competitive roles. Leverage AI to automate sourcing workflows, generate market intelligence, and improve candidate engagement. Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders, delivering outstanding experiences on every engagement. Required Proven sourcing experience in highly competitive talent markets, ideally across both in-house and agency/RPO environments. High proficiency with sourcing tools and Boolean/AI-assisted search best practices. A data-driven, detail-oriented mindset with experience navigating constrained external talent markets and competing stakeholder demands.
