As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you ll be at the forefront of delivering value-led, bespoke recruitment services to our clients, helping them attract, assess, and retain top-tier talent.What you ll be doing: Working closely with our clients (on-site and remotely) to understand their hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies. Delivering a consultative approach advising on EVP, improving interview processes, coaching hiring managers and upskilling internal teams. Sourcing high-quality candidates, primarily across tech and STEM roles, using strategic headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and networking. Embedding within client teams when needed to act as a true partner in their hiring process. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
