Candidates based in or around Warwickshire would be ideal, but this is not essential, and we are happy to consider candidates based anywhere in the UK who are comfortable working remotely. The Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer to support an internal recruitment function on a 4-month contract basis. This is a hands-on, candidate-focused recruitment role, with the main responsibility being the screening, interviewing and coordination of candidates across multiple vacancies. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requirements and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The position is predominantly focused on the administrative and coordination side of recruitment, rather than business development or candidate generation.
