TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ROLE: Identifying and attracting high-quality talent through a combination of job board advertising, networking, social media engagement, and direct search methods Managing the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial screening through to offer acceptance and onboarding Delivering high-volume recruitment activity across Client Services functions, with a focus on securing outstanding early-career talent for both London- and Lisbon-based opportunities Maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS, leveraging recruitment data and insights to drive continuous process improvements Partnering with colleagues to develop and strengthen relationships with universities, helping to build sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs Collaborating with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team on strategic hiring projects and large-scale recruitment campaigns aligned with ..... full job details .....
