As the organisation continues to evolve, it is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition and Learning Advisor to join its People and Culture team working onsite, and play a key role in delivering an effective, candidate-focused recruitment service across the business. Reporting to the LandD Business Partner, this role also has responsibility for supporting the delivery of training programmes, monitoring effectiveness of those programmes and gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.
