Coordinate attraction and recruitment activity for our corporate functions (Finance, IT, Fleet)Support employer brand and inclusion strategy; deliver recruitment marketing campaigns across social and traditional channelsProactively build talent pools for your areaCollaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders; take role briefings, screen applications, create shortlists, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experienceUtilise and maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) to progress recruitment activityProvide consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice, interviewing techniques and assessment methodsProactively headhunt candidates for hard-to-fill positions via social platformsRequirements / Qualifications
Previous experience as an agency or in-house recruiter, preferably for Corporate/Head office rolesExcellent time management, ability to work at a fast pace, strong communication skillsKnowledge of headhunting techniques and using social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)Familiarity with applicant tracking systemsWhat’s next?
