Talent Acquisition Advisor Location: Hybrid - Southampton, Hampshire Hours: 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Contract: Permanent, Full time About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK financial services provider recognised as a Top Employer for its exceptional workplace culture and progressive employee benefits. Joining their established internal talent team, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused, end-to-end recruitment service across multiple commercial business functions. This hybrid position requires just one day per week in one of their regional hubs (with occasional monthly visits to other sites), alongside full flexibility for smart working around personal commitments. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Management: Coordinate full-lifecycle recruitment for specialist vacancies, from initial hiring manager briefs through to candidate offer and onboarding. Direct Sourcing and Marketing: Utilise direct sourcing methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and modern recruitment marketing techniques to build talent pipelines. Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on talent attraction, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
