Talent Acquisition Advisor

We''re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you''ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Manage vacancies through an ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and support early careers recruitment.

You''ll have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an ATS
