Talent Acquisition Advisor (FTC to perm)

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced recruitment professional to join a leading firm in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in lateral hiring within a financially regulated environment, particularly Insurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the firm’s talent strategy and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: liaise with hiring managers, take briefs, post roles, conduct market mapping, and approach candidates directly.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the firm’s values.Lead recruiter briefings and manage agency relationships, including terms, disputes, and candidate ownership.Provide strategic recruitment advice to Partners and senior stakeholders.Coordinate interviews and logistics with administrative support.Deliver high-quality market intelligence and mapping reports.Support and participate in firmwide EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) initiatives.Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.Use market insights to guide hiring decisions and talent acquisition strategies.Skills and Experience Required
