Join our Global Talent Acquisition department as our new Talent Acquisition Advisor and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will join ateam of passionate colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany, who are all looking forward to welcoming you.You will play a critical role to define and deliver creative recruiting strategies for complex rolesthat span across multiple geographies within Ramboll.You will be expected to act as trusted advisor for our business by building and nurturing close relationships with hiring managers, driving the recruitment process from start to finish – including hands-on recruitment activities and finding the best ways to attract top talent. You will be involved in global recruitment projects and as a member of our global recruitment community, take an active part in developing processes and tools that ensure we constantly improve our way of delivering high-quality recruitment services that provide a unique candidate experience.From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
