As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will join a team of colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany who are welcoming you. You will play a critical role in defining and delivering creative recruiting strategies for complex roles that span multiple geographies within Ramboll. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving the recruitment process from start to finish – including hands-on recruitment activities and finding the best ways to attract top talent. You will be involved in global recruitment projects and, as a member of our global recruitment community, contribute to developing processes and tools that ensure we continually improve our high-quality recruitment services and provide a unique candidate experience.Responsibilities
Define and deliver creative recruiting strategies for complex roles across multiple geographiesBuild and nurture relationships with hiring managers; manage the end-to-end recruitment processConduct hands-on recruitment activities and attract top talentParticipate in global recruitment projects and contribute to process/tool improvementsCollaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure high-quality service and candidate experienceQualifications

For this role we have identified the following qualifications, skills, and capabilities:Previous experience delivering recruitment services within engineering, or from a recruitment agencyExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsAdditional language skills such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Finnish are desirableKnowledge of social media, recruitment tools and systems including LinkedInExperience delivering results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectivesAbility to prioritise multiple job openings under tight timelinesPersonal qualities include excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills, an international mindset, and a focus on delivering results while being a team player.What we can offer you
