The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen and takeaway operations, supervising and supporting staff, preparing rotas, recruiting, training and managing staff performance, ordering stock and maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales performance and helping to control operating costs, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations, maintaining till and cash records, delivering excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally, and liaising with suppliers and relevant local authorities where required. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have at least two years'' experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant, takeaway or hospitality environment.
