A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a Tablet Support Engineer to join the team. Key Responsibilities1. Tablet Device Management andamp; Administration* Manage and support tablet devices through Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, configuration, compliance monitoring, and policy deployment.* Perform Level 1 operational support for tablet-related incidents, service requests, and access requests.* Ensure all tablet devices are configured according to organisational standards and security requirements.* Support device life cycle activities including provisioning, refresh, replacement, and decommissioning.2. Device Deployment, Allocation andamp; Setup* Receive, record, stage, and prepare tablet devices for deployment.* Configure and validate tablets prior to user allocation and handover.* Allocate and issue devices to end users, ensuring accurate tracking of assigned assets.* Support user onboarding activities, including account setup, application access, and connectivity validation.3.
