TA's and LSA's

As a leading provider of staff to schools for the past 25-years, we are continuously looking for eperienced Learning support assistants (LSAs) and-Teaching Assistants-(TAs) to work in schools throughout Chester, Cheshire Wirral, North Wales and Liverpool.

An LSA-and a TA will support-teachers and helps children with their educational and social development from 5 to 19 years.-Main responsibilities include:

Responcibilities,

• Supporting students one to one or in small groups.
• Working in the classroom or SEND classrooms and wellbeing rooms across the school.
• helping children who need extra support to complete tasks, may be asked to look over other children to support or assist.
• may have some personal student care experience.
• assisting teachers to plan learning activities and complete records.
• supporting teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
• supervising group activities
• clearing away materials and equipment after lessons
• giving constructive and guided feedback to students both written and verbally
• attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with team members.
