This role involves supporting pupils with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication difficulties, sensory needs, and challenging behaviour.The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual targets in a safe and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex SEND needs.Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and personal development.Assist with behaviour management strategies and sensory interventions.Support pupils with personal care requirements where necessary.Work alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored learning programmes.Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.Monitor and record pupil progress and achievements.Essential RequirementsPrevious experience working with children or adults with complex needs, SEND, autism, learning disabilities, or ..... full job details .....
