Work with households to identify realistic housing options and overcome barriers to move-on. Acquire and negotiate accommodation from landlords, letting agents, and accommodation providers. Support the Council to discharge homelessness duties in line with legislation. Support households to access employment, training, and skills opportunities. Manage a caseload and develop clear move-on plans.
