We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with an ELSA qualification to join a supportive school in Surrey. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference to young people''s emotional wellbeing and academic progress.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Provide tailored emotional literacy support to pupils, helping them build resilience and confidence.
• Support teaching and learning in the classroom, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and parents to ensure effective student progress.

About you:

• ELSA qualification is essential.
• Previous TA experience, ideally supporting students with SEMH or additional needs.
• Strong communication and empathy skills, with a commitment to inclusive education.
