Teaching Assistant - Cognition and Learning / Communication and Interaction Location: RedbridgeStart: October/NovemberContract: Full-time, long-termInterviews: Taking place shortly Tradewind Recruitment is working with a secondary school in Redbridge looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Cognition and Learning and Communication and Interaction needs. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help deliver targeted interventions and work closely with teaching and SEND staff to help pupils access learning and make progress. The ideal candidate will have: Previous TA/LSA experience Experience supporting pupils with SEND Knowledge or training in interventions for Cognition and Learning and/or Communication and Interaction Strong communication skills A patient and supportive approach Secondary school experience is desirable Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
