Joining a high-performing international recruitment team, you''ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple markets.The roleAs TA Assistant, you''ll support recruitment activity by developing sourcing strategies, engaging candidates, providing market insights, and building talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you''ll help drive hiring success across the business.The main responsibilitiesDevelop sourcing strategies across a range of talent channels. Identify, engage, and screen prospective candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. Provide market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent insights. Support candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives. Promote employee referral programmes and talent attraction campaigns.
