OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and skilled
Mid-Level T-SQL Developer / DBA
to join our growing data team. This role blends deep technical expertise in SQL Server development and database administration with a keen understanding of business intelligence (BI) and the ability to interpret and respond to business requirements.
Responsibilities
Experience in T-SQL development and SQL Server administration.
Strong understanding of relational database design and performance optimization techniques.
Solid experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent).
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and take ownership.
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with source control and deployment best practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools).
Desirable Skills
Experience in Azure Data Platform (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory).
Exposure to other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
