Systems Training Specialist

Role Overview The Systems Training Specialist will be the crucial link between the social care workforce and the technology they use, ensuring that all staff are proficient in the use of Mosaic and its associated reporting tools. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and learning requirements across different staff groups and roles. Design and develop a comprehensive, structured curriculum for Mosaic and all associated reporting tools, ensuring content is differentiated by user role and technical ability. Create high-quality training materials in a range of formats, including presentations, printed manuals, quick reference guides, and interactive e-learning modules. Maintain a library of training resources that is kept current with system changes, new releases, and evolving business processes. Deliver engaging and effective training to individuals and groups through a variety of methods, including classroom-style workshops, one-to-one coaching, and virtual online sessions. Adapt training delivery style and content to accommodate different learning styles and varying levels of technical proficiency, from general non-technical users to analytically focused managers. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment in which users feel comfortable asking questions and developing their confidence with the system.
