A key focus of this role will be to deliver ongoing training for these systems, alongside all existing platforms used across JRHT. The role will be responsible for developing and embedding a sustainable, organisation-wide approach to systems training, ensuring it aligns with broader learning and development activity. Working as part of the Learning and Organisational Design function and reporting to the LandD People Business Partner, this role will ensure systems training is aligned with wider organisational development priorities.
