Due to this, they are hiring a systems support engineer to provide IT support and carry out system related projects.   This role requires at least four days a week on site presence in Yate, Bristol. Duties of the First Line Support Engineer: Perform IT and system support to a range of users within the company. Support across the Dynamics/Microsoft 365 and Windows ecosystem. Follows SLAs and deal with all tickets in a timely manner. Independently manage system related projects, focusing on improving business related efficiencies.  Undertake training on specific ERP related technologies.
