This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of the business, working closely with IT, operations, external suppliers and trading partners to ensure systems, integrations and data flows operate effectively. You will provide day-to-day support across key business applications, investigating issues, carrying out root-cause analysis and coordinating solutions.
