Sector: Water / Clean Water NetworksAre you a experienced Engineer with strong knowledge in Valve operations, pressure management and mains flushing?We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Optimisation Engineer to support a major clean water network programme across London and the Thames Valley.Working as part of the Network Operations team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving network performance, investigating pressure-related issues and developing data-led solutions to operational challenges.This is a contract opportunity suited to an engineer with a strong understanding of clean water distribution networks, network operations and pressure management.Key Responsibilities Investigate low-pressure issues, customer complaints and critical network alarms, identifying appropriate technical solutions.Monitor DMA and DM availability and support technical interventions to improve network performance.Develop and maintain risk assessments for activities impacting the clean water network.Support activities across pressure-managed areas, asset operations and planned outages.Ensure network activities are undertaken in accordance with relevant Asset Management Procedures and Permit to Work requirements.Analyse operational data to identify longer-term network issues including head loss, low flows, supply resilience and ..... full job details .....
