It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.What you''ll doInvestigate complex application and production issues using logs, databases, interfaces, batch processes and system behaviour.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents, data discrepancies and system issues.Trace end-to-end data flows across applications, databases, APIs, file transfers and downstream systems.Analyse data processing, transformation rules and system dependencies to identify where issues occur.Work with development, infrastructure, vendors and business teams to investigate issues and document data lineage.Read and interpret existing code, scripts and configurations to understand application behaviour and support technical investigations.What you bringStrong experience in L2/L3 application support, production support, incident management and troubleshooting.Proficiency in SQL and ..... full job details .....
