Systems Integration Lead

Systems Integration Lead £80,000 This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation operating across multiple UK locations, where technology plays a critical role in the day-to-day running of the business. You will take ownership of a broad business systems landscape, ensuring critical applications, reporting platforms and integrations continue to operate effectively. The environment includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Sage 50 and numerous API integrations connecting internal systems with clients and third-party platforms. This is a business-critical position, focused on maintaining, developing and improving the systems that underpin operational performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as the go-to expert for business applications, data flows, reporting and integration management. The successful candidate will combine strong business systems expertise with hands-on technical capability, including experience working with APIs, integrations and code. You will be comfortable reviewing, troubleshooting and enhancing solutions, including AI-generated code, to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and scalable.
