Location: Anglian Water region / Peterborough Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Employment Type: Permanent Recruitment: Gearing Recruitment Solutions Gearing Recruitment Solutions are working on behalf of an established organisation within the water industry to recruit an experienced Systems Integration Lead to support the delivery of major water and wastewater projects. This is a key technical and delivery-focused role, responsible for overseeing ICA (Instrumentation, Control and Automation) delivery, systems integration and technical governance across a programme of projects. You will work closely with project teams, design disciplines, Systems Integrators, subcontractors and the client to ensure successful integration, commissioning and handover. The Role Lead the delivery and technical governance of ICA and Systems Integration activities across water industry projects. Develop, review and communicate ICA delivery strategies, standards and ways of working. Manage Systems Integration procurement, supply chain performance, quality and resource requirements. Coordinate Systems Integrator surveying, design, commissioning and operational support activities. Work closely with project management, design and commercial teams on programme, change, risk and opportunities. Review ICA design deliverables including PandIDs, control philosophies, URS, FDS, instrumentation and telemetry schedules.
