Provide Systems Engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, with an understanding of the CADMID/T lifecycle modelDevelop Engineering Management Plans and Systems Engineering artefacts for project deliveryManage requirements from system to subsystem, including analysis and traceabilityManage system and subsystem architectures, creating and executing test and integration plansLead design reviews and communicate technical solutions to customersGuide teams to meet critical milestones, applying best practices to manage risks and seize opportunitiesRequirements
Holistic Life Cycle Management with competencies across the Systems Engineering disciplineExpertise across the engineering life cycle V-Model or equivalentProficiency in IBM DOORS, EA Sparx and CAMEO; experience in Model-Based Systems EngineeringAbility to manage internal and external sub-contractors and lead small teams and projectsExperience in Requirements and Systems Architecture, ensuring scalable solutionsFamiliarity with UK MOD practices and accreditation standards (beneficial)Managing Stakeholder Requirements, Life Cycle Tailoring, Verification, Validation, and Transition to OperationWhat we offer
