The Systems Engineering Delivery Manager is responsible for:Leadership and Governance of multiple multi-functional teamsKeeping the project on budget and budget controlMitigation / management of risks to lowest level possibleManaging and owning the engineering resourcesManaging plans against progress / milestonesLook for potential opportunities to benefit the projectsEnsuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriatelyYou’ll have a proven track record of actively leading successful project delivery on a diverse range of diverse, complex technology focused projects. A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor\''s degree in an engineering subjectEssential Skills

Engineering ManagementProject Management understanding (Critical path control, Risk understanding)Worked as an engineer on either Hardware, Software or Systems engineering.Full knowledge of \''V\'' lifecycleLeadership and ManagementExcellent communication skills at all levelsStakeholder ManagementResource and Integrated Business PlanningWith experience in a client facing role, you’ll possess excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. You’ll also be an accomplished subject matter expert within your profession, demonstrating a broad range of experience, including some of the following skill areas:Planning and estimatingDesign and Analytical analysisResource ManagementCapability developmentProject and Commercial ManagementCommercial ManagementDesired Skills

Air Defence Systems.Dismounted ManPADSIn Service and FutureDefence background.MOD experienceExperience
