Systems Engineer6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Based in SunderlandVIQU are looking for a Systems Engineer to support a large global organisation and maintain their range of IT infrastructure and systems across the business.You will be working in their Infrastructure team supporting them with 3rd line queries covering both BAU activities and supporting in ProjectsSystems Administrator Experience/Skillset requirements: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Intune / Exchange OnlineWindows ServerActive DirectoryHyper-V or VMware ideally HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastrucutre)Entra ID or OktaBasic Networking knowledgeAny Storage, Disaster Recovery and Backup experience would be beneficial Systems Administrator Responsibilities: Provide 3rd Line technical and infrastructure support, resolving complex escalated incidents across infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments.Maintain and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta and Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.Provide technical support for infrastructure and migration projects, including server, platform and legacy on-premises file server migrations.Work closely with internal IT teams in an ITIL-based environment, contributing to projects, documenting solutions and implementing technical changes.
